Specific grades, often reinforced with talc or glass fiber, can achieve higher stiffness and HDT, making them viable for semi-structural applications via injection molding or extrusion.

The selection between Injection Molding and Extrusion depends on the component’s geometry and volume. Injection molding excels for complex, three-dimensional parts with tight tolerances, often reaching ±0.05 mm or better on critical dimensions, suitable for high-volume production. Extrusion is more efficient for continuous profiles, such as tubes, rods, and sheets, where consistent cross-sections are required.
